1. What Fig it does

Fig it is a scheduling tool that lets two people find mutually available times and book them directly to their Google Calendars. We read calendar free/busy information and, with your permission, create calendar events on your behalf.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for any activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to spam, harass, or abuse others;
• attempt to access data or accounts that do not belong to you;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service;
• use the Service for any illegal purpose.

4. Calendar access

When you connect your Google Calendar, you grant Fig it permission to read free/busy information and to create events. You can revoke this permission at any time through your Google Account settings, but previously created events will remain on your calendar.

5. Service availability

We do our best to keep Fig it running smoothly, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Features may change, and we may pause or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

Fig it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed meetings, calendar conflicts, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
