Privacy Policy

Fig it (“we”, “us”, “our”) helps two people find a time to meet that works for both of them. We believe your calendar is personal, so we only ask for the minimum data we need and we never sell or share it.

1. What we collect

  • Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
  • Calendar free/busy information: we read when you are busy so we can find open overlap. We do not read event titles, attendees, locations, or descriptions.
  • Events you book through Fig it: when a meeting is booked, we create a calendar event with the title, time, Meet link, and the other participant’s email so both calendars stay in sync.
  • Plan metadata: the title, duration, time zone, and selected time range you enter when creating a Fig it link.

2. How we use your data

We use your data only to operate the service: matching free time, booking events, sending calendar invitations, and keeping you signed in. We do not use your calendar data for advertising, profiling, or training models.

3. Google account data

Fig it uses Google OAuth to access your Google Calendar. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access will stop new bookings, but events already created will remain on your calendar.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only people who can see your plan details are the participants you invite to that specific plan.

5. Security

We encrypt calendar credentials at rest, use HTTPS for all traffic, and rely on industry-standard authentication. No system is perfect, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Google account.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and plan data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your plans at any time. If you delete your account, we remove your profile and plans from our active systems within a reasonable period.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, notify you in the product.
